Pillsbury Pie Crust


  • 1 Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar


  • 1
    Unroll pie crust. Place cocoa and powdered sugar in center.
  • 2
    Fold pie crust in half and then in half again.
  • 3
    Knead (or use a stand mixer with dough hook attachment) until evenly mixed. Use to make crust as directed in desired pie recipe.

  • Wrap dough in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until you’re ready to roll.
  • For a sweeter crust, add more powdered sugar.
