Caraway Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 lb. (4 cups) fresh Brussels sprouts, halved vertically*
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken-flavor instant bouillon
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Dash pepper
Instructions

Step1Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and caraway seed; cook and stir 1 minute. Add Brussels sprouts; cook and stir an additional 1 minute.

Step2Add water and bouillon. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 6 to 10 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are crisp-tender. Stir in lemon juice and pepper.
