Enjoy these tasty bean patties made using Progresso® Italian style bread crumbs - a perfect dinner that’s ready in 25 minutes.
To make Italian Bean patties, add 2 tablespoons of pesto to the bean mixture; cook as directed. Omit the tartar sauce. Instead, serve the patties with thick pieces of garlic toast and heated spaghetti sauce.
Serve grape tomatoes and wedges of cantaloupe sprinkled with chopped fresh mint with these bean patties.
