A flavorful take on Buffalo chicken- ours has ranch dressing and bacon added.

Ingredients

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust
2/3
cup ranch dressing
1/3
cup Buffalo wing sauce
2
cups shredded cooked chicken
1/4
cup crumbled cooked bacon, if desired
2
cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz)
1/4
cup pickled jalapeño chiles

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough; place on cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough to 14x12-inch rectangle. Bake 9 minutes.
  • 2 In medium bowl, mix dressing, wing sauce and chicken; spread evenly over partially baked crust. Top with bacon, cheese and chiles. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown.
