Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (12-oz.) jar home-style beef gravy
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- 2 1/2 oz. (2 cups) uncooked medium no-yolk egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen sweet peas
- 1/2 cup light sour cream

Step1Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and onion; sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring frequently.

Step2Add gravy, broth and paprika; mix well. Stir in uncooked noodles and peas. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook about 10 minutes or until beef and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream until well blended.
