Artichoke and Kalamata White Pizza

This all-white pizza packs a lot of grilled up flavor, with fresh ingredients and gooey cheese.

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 can (14 or 15 oz) artichoke hearts in water, chopped, drained
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Spray grill rack with cooking spray. Heat grill.

    Unroll pizza dough. Place on hot grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned on the side facing down.

    Use a pizza peel or two sets of tongs to gently turn dough. Immediately spread thin layer of ricotta cheese on crust. Sprinkle with artichoke hearts, olives and Parmesan cheese. Cover grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cooked through.

    Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before slicing and enjoying.

  • Like garlic? Stir a clove of finely chopped garlic into the ricotta cheese before spreading on the pizza crust.
  • If desired, add 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken for a meat version.
