This all-white pizza packs a lot of grilled up flavor, with fresh ingredients and gooey cheese.

    Spray grill rack with cooking spray. Heat grill.

    Unroll pizza dough. Place on hot grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned on the side facing down.

    Use a pizza peel or two sets of tongs to gently turn dough. Immediately spread thin layer of ricotta cheese on crust. Sprinkle with artichoke hearts, olives and Parmesan cheese. Cover grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cooked through.

    Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes before slicing and enjoying.

    Like garlic? Stir a clove of finely chopped garlic into the ricotta cheese before spreading on the pizza crust.

    If desired, add 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken for a meat version.
