How to Make Ground Beef Totchos

Ground Beef Totchos
You say potato, we say nachos. Top your spuds with seasoned ground beef, lettuce, sour cream and gooey cheese for a fun riff on loaded chips.

STEP ONE: PREPARE SPUD PUPPIES

Place the Spud Puppies on a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake them according to the directions on the package.

STEP TWO: SEASON BEEF

Meanwhile, in a medium nonstick skillet, brown the ground beef; drain. Add the seasoning and 3 tablespoons of water. Continue to cook for about two minutes or until everything is heated.

STEP THREE: ADD TOPPINGS

Remove from the oven and top with salsa, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole or any of your favorite nacho toppings.
