Easy Turkey Meatballs
This lightened-up version of meatballs is still packed full of flavor. Use it as the simple start to your favorite weeknight meals.

This recipe for turkey meatballs is incredibly simple and so yummy—a surefire hit of a meal my kids and husband approve of 100 percent! We like to eat them over a bed of spaghetti smothered in marinara sauce, and sometimes we get crazy and put them inside a hoagie bun. Oh, delicious!

Easy Turkey Meatballs

Start by preheating oven to 375° F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, add 1 pound ground turkey, ½ cup bread crumbs, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon each of onion powder and garlic powder, 2 teaspoons parsley flakes and a beaten egg. Stir and mix until just combined.

Form the meatballs by rolling 3 tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Place each meatball on the prepared baking sheet.

Easy Turkey Meatballs

Bake meatballs 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked all the way through. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
