I am definitely a seasonal eater. To me, some foods taste better when you enjoy them in their season. Do you know what I mean? But when some of these seasonal dishes (I’m looking at you Peach Cobbler) are so darn easy, you’ll want to make them all year ‘round.
With any cobbler or pie, everyone has their favorite “thing.” Some people enjoy the fruit filling; some enjoy the corners. I’m a crust girl! Amazingly, sugar cookie dough makes the best crust for this slow-cooker version!
