I couldn't find grands buttermilk biscuits in 2 stores so I used 2 biscuits instead of one and rolled them together. It was a pkg. of 10 biscuits so it made 5 sandwiches. I wasn't crazy about this recipe Guess I prefer reubens on grilled rye. It was tasty but not a keeper for me. I did use the dijon mustard and thousand island dressing as suggested.

My family totally loved these! For my young sons I left out the sauerkraut but the adults in our house loved them with the sauerkraut!

I opted to change the mustard out for Thousand Island Dressing. Oh they are to die for.

I thought the sandwich needed a little more mustard, but over-all excellent.

A friend brought these to a St.Patrick''s Day party. They were a favorite of everyone there. She used Thousand Island dressing instead of mustard. I''m going to make them and use both.
