Expert Tips

Whole berry cranberry sauce makes a prettier sauce but jellied cranberry sauce can be used. Serve broccoli spears and bread stuffing for an easy, tasty meal.

This was the first recipe I ever made in a crockpot. It's so easy and absolutely delicious. We like to make it and serve over baked potatoes with crisp green beans as our side. We take the juices/gravy and use it like an au jus or pour it over the potatoes.

This is so good and so simple. Everyone loved it, even my son who usually doesn't like pork.

I do the roast with 2 cans of cranberry sauce and a lg can of cream of mushroom soup along with red skin potatoes. It makes a nice sweet gravy to go over the meat and potatoes.

So simple yet so yummy! Served it sliced with mashed potatoes and other veggies. Pulled apart the leftovers and served them with tortillas, refried beans and sour cream.
