Unroll a can of Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls and separate the dough into 8 triangles. Starting at the wind end, stretch dough slightly before rolling up toward point.
Overlap the ends to form pretzel shape. Poke a finger in center, if necessary, to form small hole.
Boil the rolls for 30 seconds in a baking soda and water solution. (This is the secret to a deep brown color and the typical pretzel flavor.)
Drain on paper towels.
Brush with egg; sprinkle with sesame seeds and coarse salt. Bake at 400°F for 11 to 13 minutes or until deep golden brown. They are best served warm. Enjoy!
