With dates, blue cheese and bacon, these flaky biscuit appetizer bites are some seriously satisfying finger food. MORE+ LESS-

(6 oz) cans Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Jr. Golden Layers™ refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (1/3 cup)
1/3
cup chopped Medjool dates
4
oz triple-cream blue cheese, rind removed, cut into 20 pieces
1/8
to 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

    Heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; separate each biscuit into 2 layers. Press 1 layer into each of 20 ungreased mini muffin cups.

    In small bowl, mix bacon and dates. Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups; top each with 1 cheese piece. Sprinkle evenly with pepper.

    Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Garnish warm biscuit bites with chopped fresh rosemary leaves.
