Creamy yogurt topped with sweet strawberries on a sugar cookie crust makes for an easy summer dessert. This sweet treat is fresh, fruity and fun—meaning it's sure to go quick, especially at a backyard barbecue or potluck.

    Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with cooking parchment paper, leaving some hanging over edge of pan.

    In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in flour until well blended. (DO NOT EAT RAW COOKIE DOUGH AFTER COMBINING WITH FLOUR.) Press dough evenly in bottom of pan to within 1/2 inch of edge.

    Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and center is set (crust will firm up as it cools). Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

    When ready to serve, spread yogurt evenly over cooled cookie crust to within about 1/2 inch of edge. Arrange strawberries over yogurt. Sprinkle chopped almonds over top, and drizzle with honey. Cut into wedges to serve. Store loosely covered in refrigerator.

    For easier cleanup and removal, we recommend lining the pan with cooking parchment paper. Cut a 13-inch round from parchment paper. Line your 12-inch pizza pan with the parchment paper round, leaving some extending over the edge of the pan. Hold parchment paper in place by adding a dab of shortening or softened butter on your pan before placing the parchment paper. Do not spray or grease parchment paper. Press dough 1/2 inch from the edge of your lined pan.
