Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (1-lb.) boneless beef sirloin steak (1 inch thick)

Step1Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak; mix well. Rub both sides of steak with herb mixture.

Step2When ready to grill, place steak on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until steak is of desired doneness, turning once.
