Honey mustard complements the flavor of ham in these quick and easy open-face sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 2 pumpernickel bagels, split and toasted
  • 4 teaspoons honey mustard
  • 4 slices (1 ounce each) fully cooked ham
  • 4 thin slices (1/2 ounce each) Swiss cheese

Steps

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Spread each bagel half with 1 teaspoon mustard. Top each with ham and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
