    Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.

    Separate dough into 8 triangles.

    Sprinkle wide end of each triangle with about 1 tablespoon of the cheese; top with 3 bacon pieces. Reserve remaining 1/4 cup cheese.

    Roll up, starting at widest end to pointed end. Place each roll-up pointed end down on cookie sheet.

    Bake about 8 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle roll-ups with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
