Fill bacon, lettuce and tomato mixture in tortilla wraps to make these easy and delicious burritos - ready in 10 minutes. Perfect for a Mexican dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bite-size pieces lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
  • 6 flour tortillas (8 to 10 inches in diameter)

Steps

    Toss all ingredients except tortillas.

    Place lettuce mixture on tortillas. Fold up bottom third of each tortilla; roll up to form a cone shape with folded end at bottom.
