Blueberry-Lemon Ultimate Cinnamon Rolls

Rolls
- 1 can (17.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Cinnamon Rolls with Original Icing (5 Count)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Topping
- 2 oz cream cheese (from 8-oz package), softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch round or square pan with cooking spray.

Step2Separate dough into 5 rolls; reserve icing. Place rolls in bottom of pan, spacing slightly apart. Pour whipping cream over tops of rolls.

Step3In small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon zest. Drop by tablespoonfuls over tops of rolls, stirring mixture each time. Cover with foil.

Step4Bake 15 minutes. Uncover, and bake 12 to 15 minutes longer or until dough is baked through in centers of rolls and edges are light golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes.

Step5In small bowl, mix cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of the lemon zest and the lemon juice with reserved icing, using whisk, until smooth. Spread mixture over tops of baked rolls. Top with remaining 2 teaspoons lemon zest and the blueberries. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
