Ingredients

Steps

  • 1
Remove 1 crust from pouch; unfold crust on large cutting board. Cut crust in quarters.
  • 2
In medium bowl, mix thawed vegetables, chicken and soup. Divide vegetable and chicken mixture evenly in center of pie crust wedges (about 3 tablespoons each).
  • 3
Fold crust in half over filling; press edges firmly with fork to seal. Prick tops with fork to vent.
  • 4
Set air fryer to 350°F; place two mini pies in air fryer basket, and cook 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest 5 minutes without opening air fryer. Using spatula, carefully remove mini pies from air fryer basket. Repeat with remaining mini pies.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Round out this easy meal with a quick side salad of mixed baby greens tossed with your favorite bottled dressing.
  • tip 2
Air fryer temperature control settings vary according to brand and model. If your air fryer does not have the exact temperature setting called for in the recipe, consult your manual for suggested temperature settings. This recipe was tested in 3.7-quart air fryers. If using a larger machine, cooking times may be shorter.
  • tip 3
Allowing the handheld pies to rest in the air fryer for 5 minutes after cooking helps get the bottom of the pie crust browner—which also makes the pies easier to remove.
