No-Bake Lucky Charms Treats
This quick and easy recipe makes it easy to have a little fun with your snack this St. Patrick’s Day.

These delicious (no-bake!) bars are perfect for sweet-eaters like myself. Because sometimes I just don’t feel like turning on the oven to bake or cook. Think of them as a kicked-up cereal treat with Lucky Charms and marshmallows, dipped in white chocolate. I even tinted the white chocolate green to make them extra fun for St. Patrick’s Day. Fun and delicious!

No-Bake Lucky Charms Treats

Start by greasing a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray. In a large saucepan, melt 5 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Once butter melts, add a 10 ounce bag of marshmallows. Stir constantly until marshmallows are almost melted.

Stir MeltedButter And Marshmallows

Remove from heat and immediately stir in 6 cups of cereal. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan, pressing down with a spatula to fit evenly into pan. Let cool 30 minutes or so before slicing into squares.

Press Down with Spatula And Flatten In Pan

Melt 8 ounces of white chocolate in a microwavable bowl, according to package directions. Stir in 2 to 3 drops of green food coloring. Dip the bottom of each cereal bar into the white chocolate. Turn upside down to let chocolate set. Once chocolate sets, serve bars.
