My kids love pizza but they love it more when they can actually create their own. Using Pillsbury biscuits makes it so easy. They come in the perfect size for one person. Plus, the biscuit dough tastes great and puffs up nicely on the grill.
To get that chewy, toasty taste, the pizza needs to cook at a very high temperature. Preheat the grill to its hottest setting, leaving one part with indirect heat. Roll out each biscuit to about 6 inches wide.
Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on to each pizza.
Lay your pepperoni slices on top of the sauce. We’re pepperoni lovers but you could use chicken, mozzarella or even crumbled sausage bites.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the pepperoni and transfer to your pizza stone or baking tray. Make sure to use a pizza stone or baking tray to cook the pizzas, otherwise they’ll just fall right through the grates. Bake in the very hot preheated grill for about 5 minutes and the cheese is bubbling.
