pkg (13.5 oz) Pillsbury® Fudge Supreme Walnut Premium Brownie Mix
1/2
cup butter or margarine, melted

egg
1
cup chocolate-flavored crisp rice cereal
1
pkg (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
2/3
cup quick-cooking rolled oats

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine brownie mix with nuts, butter and egg; stir with spoon until well blended. Add cereal, chocolate chips and oats; mix well. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • 2 Bake at 350°F. for 9 to 12 minutes or until edges are set. (Centers will be soft.) Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. Cool 10 minutes or until completely cooled. Store in tightly covered container.

Great cookies! As always, I changed it up. I added a 1/4 cup coconut, 1/4 water, 1/2 cup oil (left out butter), 3/4 cup m&ms (not chocolate chips), and used Reeses puffs for the cereal. Turned out yummy!!

I thought these were amazing. I did what another reviewer said and added 1/4 cup of water. It was too dry and hard to mix with out it. I also substituted vegetable oil for butter. I plan on making these again this week for a school function. Plus they are the first cookie I've made that my fiancee actually liked. Awesome recipe!
