Enjoy cheesy “witches’ hats” for dinner this Halloween – delicious ham and turkey grilled sandwiches ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 28 slices white, whole wheat or pumpernickel bread
  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard or mayonnaise
  • 14 slices (1/2 oz each) Swiss cheese
  • 14 slices (1/2 oz each) American cheese
  • 8 oz thinly sliced smoked deli turkey breast
  • 8 oz thinly sliced deli ham
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Steps

    Heat panini maker or closed contact grill for 5 minutes. Spread 1 side of 14 bread slices with honey mustard. Top each with Swiss cheese, American cheese, turkey, ham and second slice of bread. Spray sandwiches with cooking spray.

    Place sandwiches on grill 2 at a time. Close grill; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Using 4- or 5-inch witch hat cookie cutter, cut each sandwich into hat shape.

    Use yellow mustard in a squeeze bottle to pipe a band and buckle around the base of each sandwich hat after grilling.
