cup fat-free (skim) milk

container (6 oz) Yoplait® Thick & Creamy vanilla lowfat yogurt

cup frozen blueberries
1/3
cup frozen raspberries
1/3
cup fresh strawberries

teaspoon honey

tablespoon sliced almonds

    In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 1 to 2 minutes until smooth. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

  • You can use either fresh or frozen strawberries, but fresh are recommended.
  • Be sure to use frozen blueberries and raspberries as they make the drink icy cold.
