Tenderloin Steaks with Chive and Bacon Butter

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped precooked bacon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 4 (6-oz.) beef tenderloin steaks
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Step1Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, combine butter, bacon, chives and ground red pepper; mix well. Refrigerate until serving time.

Step2Sprinkle both sides of each steak with garlic-pepper blend and salt.

Step3When grill is heated, place steaks on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once or twice. Serve steaks topped with butter mixture.
