Ingredients
- 7 cups finely shredded green cabbage (1 medium head)
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
Instructions

Step1In large bowl, toss cabbage, onion and carrots. In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients with whisk until blended.

Step2Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss well to coat. Cover; refrigerate 20 minutes. Stir before serving.
