Sweet and Spicy Chicken with Winter Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
Salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 seedless orange, peeled, chopped
- 1 small pear, unpeeled, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
Glaze
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce (from 11-oz. can), finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons adobo sauce from chipotle chile can
Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions

Step1In medium bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well. Set aside.

Step2In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; mix well. Reserve 1 tablespoon glaze. Brush half of remaining glaze over 1 side of each chicken breast half; place on broiler pan, glaze side up.

Step3Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 6 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with remaining glaze. Cook an additional 4 to 7 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear. Drizzle chicken with reserved 1 tablespoon glaze. To serve, spoon salsa over chicken.
