Slow-Cooker Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
- 1 package (20 oz) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 package (8 oz) sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 lb uncooked spaghetti
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Step1Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add chicken, mushrooms, onion, Italian seasoning and salt to slow cooker.

Step2Cover; cook on High heat setting 3 to 4 hours.

Step3Stir in whipping cream and cream cheese. Cover; cook 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step4Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on box. Drain; stir into chicken mixture until well blended. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
