Look for broccoli-coleslaw blend in supermarket produce sections. The blend is a combination of broccoli, red cabbage and carrots.
For a stir-fry with more zing, substitute Szechuan stir-fry sauce or add ¼ to ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes with the stir-fry sauce.
Breadsticks and chilled mandarin orange segments go well with this meal.
