Ingredients

  • 4 Toaster Strudel™ from 1 package (11.7 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Cinnamon Roll Toaster Strudel™ (6 Count)
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 frozen or refrigerated fully cooked sausage patties

Steps

  • 1
Toast 4 Pillsbury™ Toaster Strudel™ frozen cinnamon roll pastries as directed on package; set aside and keep warm.
  • 2
Meanwhile, heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook 2 eggs in skillet 2 to 3 minutes or until soft set. Or turn over, and cook to desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3
Microwave 4 frozen or refrigerated fully cooked sausage patties as directed on package; place two of the patties on each of two of the pastries.
  • 4
    Top each with an egg.
  • 5
Finish each with the top pastry; drizzle with the provided icing packet. Enjoy!

  • Try using bacon instead of sausage.
  • For a fruity twist, try using strawberry pastries in place of the cinnamon roll pastries.
