Ingredients

  • 1 (9-oz.) pkg. refrigerated any flavor tortellini
  • 2 cups frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed
  • 3 Italian plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
  • 1 (2.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 oz. (1/2 cup) finely shredded mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese blend

Steps

    Cook tortellini in large saucepan as directed on package. Drain; return tortellini to saucepan.
  • 2
    Add spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and pizza sauce; stir gently to mix. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with cheese.
