Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • Additional grated orange peel, if desired
  • Additional chopped crystallized ginger, if desired

Steps

    In food processor, place cream cheese, pumpkin, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon ginger and 1 teaspoon orange peel. Cover; process 1 minute or until smooth.

    Spoon dip into serving dish. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with additional orange peel and ginger.
