- 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Step1In large bowl, gently toss lettuce, croutons and 3/4 cup of the cheese to mix.
