Ingredients

Salad

  • 3 cups torn red leaf lettuce
  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. prewashed fresh spinach, stems removed, torn
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 2/3 cup shredded carrots
  • 2/3 chopped celery
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. (3 cups) sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup purchased croutons

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

    In large salad bowl, combine all salad ingredients except croutons.

    In medium bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Add dressing to salad; toss to combine. Top with croutons.
