- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Step1GRILL DIRECTIONS: In small bowl or jar with tight-fitting lid, combine oil, lemon juice, thyme and garlic; blend well. Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Pour oil mixture over chicken; turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.

Step2Meanwhile, heat grill. When ready to grill, remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 14 to 18 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once.
