- 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 3/4 cup plain, Italian style or garlic & herb bread crumbs
- 1 lb fresh or frozen white fish fillets (1/2 inch thick), thawed

Step1Heat oven to 450°F. Lightly spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Step2Pour dressing into shallow dish. Place bread crumbs in another shallow dish. Dip fish into dressing; coat evenly with bread crumbs. Place in pan.
