Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz)
- 3/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1/2 lb sliced cooked corned beef, coarsely chopped
- 1 can (16 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed, well drained
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- Cocktail rye bread slices, toasted, if desired

Step1In 1 1/2- to 3-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except bread.

Step2Cover; cook on Low heat setting 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
