Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced cooked ham
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups chopped carrot
  • 2 cups dried lentils, sorted, rinsed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (10 1/2 oz each) condensed chicken broth
  • 4 cups water

Steps

    In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well.

    Cover; cook on Low setting 7 to 9 hours.
