Fruit Salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled, chopped
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

- 1 (14-oz.) angel food cake loaf

Step1GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine all fruit salsa ingredients; mix well. Slice cake in half horizontally.

Step2When ready to grill, place cake halves, cut side down, on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 30 to 60 seconds or until light golden brown.

Step3To serve, cut cake into 8 pieces; place on individual dessert plates. Top each with fruit salsa.
