Broiled sandwiches ready in 15 minutes! Enjoy your dinner with these cheesy wraps made with ham and bean sprouts.

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices pumpernickel bread, toasted
  • 6 oz. thinly sliced deli ham
  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 4 thin slices red onion, separated into rings
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

  • 1
    Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on each slice of bread. Top each with ham, bean sprouts, onion and cheese. Place sandwiches on broiler pan.

    Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until sandwiches are hot and cheese is melted.

    Choose crisp, white bean sprouts that have the beans attached. Rinse the sprouts, pat them dry with paper towels and refrigerate them for up to 3 days in a plastic bag along with a paper towel to absorb excess water; rinse and dry them again before using.
