Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
- 2 medium apples, chopped
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup golden or dark raisins
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
- 1 (3-inch) cinnamon stick
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 6 (4-oz.) decorative crocks or jars

Step1In large saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 40 to 45 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool at least 3 hours.

Step2Remove cinnamon stick. Spoon chutney into crocks; cover tightly. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
