Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Thin Crust Pizza Crust
  • 1 container (4.4 oz) 50%-less-fat garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 3/4 cup diced seeded cucumber
  • 1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 400° F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool crust, about 30 minutes.
  • 2
Spread cheese over cooled crust. Top with spinach, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms and basil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with carrots.

  • Enjoy the bounty of your garden. Spinach and carrots are loaded with beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant which converts to vitamin A and is important for good eye health.
