Swap out your dog for a brat in this fun twist on the classic crescent dog.

    Heat oven to 375°F. Slit brats to within 1/2 inch of ends; insert 3 strips of cheese into each slit.

    Separate dough into 8 triangles. Spread 2 teaspoons sauerkraut on short end of each dough triangle. Wrap 1 dough triangle around each bratwurst. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, cheese side up.

    Bake 14 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with mustard.
