Pillsbury Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Golden Grahams™ cereal
  • 1 1/4 cups marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (6 oz)

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F. Unroll crust on work surface.

    Using 1 1/2-inch round cutter, cut out 24 to 28 rounds; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush tops with egg; sprinkle with sugar.

    Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Drizzle with caramel topping; top with chopped apples, cereal and marshmallows. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Drizzle caramel sauce across tops.

    Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until marshmallows start to puff and brown.

    Drizzle caramel sauce over tops.

  • If you have leftovers, cover with foil and refrigerate. Reheat in 350°F oven 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of frozen yogurt or ice cream for an after-dinner dessert.
