Ingredients
- 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butterscotch chips (6 oz)
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.

Step2In medium bowl, mix brown sugar and flour with wire whisk. Add butter, eggs, vanilla and salt; mix well. Stir in butterscotch chips. Pour into crust-lined plate.

Step3Bake 40 to 42 minutes or until top is browned and filling is set. Cool completely before slicing, about 3 hours.
