    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough on cutting board; cut into 6 rows by 4 rows to make 24 squares.

    In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef and mushrooms on medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain well. Stir in sour cream dip, 2 tablespoons of the chives and the pepper.
  • 3
    Spoon about 1 teaspoon mixture into center of each square. Bring opposite corners of square over filling; press to seal. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon chives.

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

    You can substitute other flavors of sour cream dip for the French Onion sour cream, for a different flavored appetizer.

    Dollop the appetizer bites with sour cream dip and sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
