Roll goat cheese in bacon and pecans for the perfect finger food.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (4 oz) chèvre (goat) cheese
  • 5 slices bacon, crisply cooked and finely crumbled
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 8 skewers

Steps

    Roll cheese into 8 balls.
  • 2
    Mix bacon and pecans on plate; add cheese balls, then turn to coat.
  • 3
    Insert skewer into each pop; refrigerate at least 10 minutes before serving.
