Ingredients
- 4 ciabatta rolls, split
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, sliced
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced ham
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions

Step1Heat closed contact grill or Panini press 5 minutes.

Step2Spread bottom halves of rolls with Dijon mustard. Layer with cheese, ham and apples, then tops of rolls. Brush outsides of rolls with olive oil.

Step3When grill is heated, place panini on grill. Close grill; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
