I’m always looking for recipes with a wow factor. You know the ones I mean—those recipes that look spectacular on a table and taste great, too. When I think about it, I get the most satisfaction from cooking when I get compliments on the foods I’ve prepared, either from family or, better still, from friends we’ve invited for dinner.

In fact, the highest compliment anyone can give me is to ask for one of my recipes. This means that they like what I’ve made enough to want to make it for their own friends and family.

These appetizers are so easy to prepare that you really don’t need a recipe for them. But I’ll share one with you anyway—because sharing it makes me feel so good!

Start with a can of Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls.

Unroll the dough and cut the dough into rectangles.

Press perforations to seal and roll up 1 rectangle, starting at a long side.
Press seam to seal and cut rolls into 16 slices each.
Place rolls on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375°F until light golden brown.
Choose favorite toppings; assemble appetizers.
